Security at every layer
Encrypted payments
Every transaction is encrypted end-to-end and processed by PCI-DSS compliant partners. We never store raw card details.
Refunds
Refund terms are set by each organizer and shown on the event page before you pay. To ask for one, contact the organizer using the links on that page, TixNow does not refund tickets automatically or decide refunds on an organizer’s behalf.
Fraud monitoring
We watch for patterns that usually mean trouble, repeated failed logins, bursts of orders from one address, clusters of refund requests. And flag them for our team to look at. This is monitoring, not insurance: we don’t underwrite chargebacks or reimburse losses from fraudulent orders.
Verified organizers
Verified badges signal organizers we’ve confirmed. Ticket QR codes are single-use and tamper-evident.
No overselling
The moment you start checking out your tickets are held for you, and released again if you don’t finish. Two people cannot buy the same last ticket, however many arrive at once. There’s no virtual queue, everyone goes straight to checkout.
