Are there any monthly or setup fees?
None. TixNow is free to start. For paid tickets you pay one clear fee per ticket sold. Nothing else.
Who pays the fee?
Your choice. Absorb it into your ticket price, or pass it to attendees at checkout.
How do payouts work?
Your balance updates as tickets sell, minus our fee. When you want the money, request a payout for all of it or part of it. Our team reviews every request and pays it to your bank account. We don’t promise a payout time.
What payment methods can attendees use?
Card, bank transfer and USSD, all through Paystack. The options shown at checkout are the ones available.
