Agreement
By using TixNow you agree to these terms. If you use TixNow on behalf of an organization, you accept them for that organization.
Using the platform
You may use TixNow to discover and buy tickets, or to create and sell events. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for complying with local laws for your events.
Tickets & entry
A ticket is a limited licence to attend an event. Organizers set entry conditions. TixNow issues and validates tickets but is not the event host unless stated.
Fees
Service fees are shown before purchase. Organizers may choose to absorb or pass on fees. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Liability
TixNow provides the platform ‘as is’. We are not liable for the conduct of organizers or attendees, or for events that are changed or cancelled. Refunds are a matter between you and the organizer, as set out in our refund policy.
